Charlotte has 20+ years experience in the Life and Health marketplace working in underwriting and claims with several major insurance carriers.
Prior to joining WIA, Charlotte spent 12 years as the Director of Administration for a third-party administrator who provides employees benefits for Professional Association Groups in Georgia, Alabama, Virginia and California. In her position, she was responsible for all areas of Marketing and Administration, including: underwriting, policy service and claim payments for Comprehensive Medical, Disability Income, and Life Insurance Products. The agency’s primary focus was the support and management of both an in- house sales force as well as broker relationships in the Southeast and California.
In 1998, Charlotte joined World Insurance Association, Inc. and serves as the VP of Life & Long-Term Care Operations. Charlotte brings a wealth of experience to our agents and clients alike. She and her Team of Specialists provide a wealth of back-office support, training, product selection, pre-qualification and underwriting assistance, and much more.

 Does One Size Fit All? It Depends.
Are a pair of running shoes that don't fit worth running in? I say, "It depends. Can I finish the race as well as I had planned?" If not, I need to go back to the sporting-goods store.
