In the time of resolutions, what are your health resolutions for 2010? To some a wellness resolutions consists of dieting and going to the gym. While these are great resolutions, consider minor changes you can do to start your own easily obtainable wellness regime for 2010.

  • Parking your car further and walking
  • Taking the stairs instead of the elevator
  • Eat a nutritional breakfast everyday
  • Add an extra fruit or vegetable to your plate
  • Substitute water for a caffeine beverage

A minor change can bring out a major difference in the long-run.
